just heard Worthys Post match report! --------- At least he slated the teams first half performance! Didn''t seem very happy at all! Sounded very low, seems to have lost the commitment of the team at the start of the match. ---------- Oh god, I have no idea, what to do now?

I have to agree with the first topic letter. I have had many posting on this website firum stating that we must sign 1 - 2 players B4 the deadline. Without these Worthy would be in trouble.   With 2 weeks since the Morrison saga, you would think worthy would have a back-up plan for a different striker. But NO! Nothing! I WITH MOST PEOPLE WILL GIVE HIM UNTIL THE IPSWICH GAME TO TURN IT AROUND. ANY LONGER IS STUPID. jUST THINK ... DRAW WITH PLYMOUTH, DRAW AWAY TO WATFORD AND LOSE TO IPSWICH. 5 POINTS FROM 27! EVEN THAT WOULD BE A MAJOR CRISIS. HOPEFULLY - WORTHY WILL BRING IN TWO LOAN PLAYERS BE IT ON SHORT TERM DEALS B4 THE PLYMOUTH GAME. (HES GOT TWO WEEKS!) AND THE SEASON WILL TURN AROUND, AND WE ALL WILL BE HAPPY AGIAN!!!! LETS HOPE SO!!! OR GOD HELP US!

Hang on a minute .....   Shackle is not crap. He is the best Defender in the bunch. The new defender Lewis John is also a good buy. Shackle wins a lot of headers.   BUT .... Flemming is too old and too small. For the last 3 years Flemming has been out jumped in defence. Last time I noticed him being outjumped was by Andy Johnson (c.palace)!!!! Doherty does not have the skill and ponders too much in box. Simon Charlton is in his best position and is a lot better than Dury! Jurgen Colin hasn''t played too bad except for the Stoke game. BUT NORWICH ARE IN CRISIS, AND THE ONLY WAY TO IMPROVE IS TO GET A NEW DEFENDER AND A MIDFIELDER AND 1 NEW FRONTMAN BY SEPT 1ST!!! WE NEED THE CONFIDENCE. ON PAPER WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO BEAT ANY TEAM IN THIS DIV!    

ON the current performances including the Stoke game tonight ..... And if Nigel doesn''t sign anybody decent B4 the deadline .....   Then I''m afraid I have to say that Nigel should go B4 its to late.... I didn''t want too say this but I''m very worried.   Its almost too late now ... we are 12 points behind!   If nothing is done by thursday 1st then Nigel and coaching staf, you must go! 3 points from 15!!!! Its simply not good enough! I''m a season ticket holder and have been to nearly all the home games for the last three seasons. The fist half performance versus Leeds has Mirrored the type of football Norwich have been playing for a long time..... Anybody who goes or watches the game will see this .... The ball is ethier: 1. Kicked out by Green towards Ashtons head, Ashton may win the odd header or flick on (as did Iwan Roberts/Svenson) towards the everhope full McKensie. Often or not the ball doesn''t bounce in the correct way or the player is in the wrong position, thus the so called attack breaks down. 2. The Ball is thrown out to Huckerby who trys to pass 1-3 players wide on the wing. No Norwich player comes to aid him and in 60% of occasions (this and last season) he will lose the ball. He is not as young as when he first came, He is also not invincible, please help him with a passing 1-2 / runs into the box. 3. The most annoying though has to be this: The defence have the ball wide at the back. Be it Dury or Charlton mainly. With a quick look up front they lob the ball PAST the MIDFIELD playing route one football. (Much the same as England did in Euro 2000.) Looking again for the lucky bounce or running header from Ashton or Mckensie. This simply doen''t work and is very predictable! The second half in today''s Match was a better display with over 25 mins of 1 touch short passes in the Midfield that once again failed to give any clear cut chances. Aston was not match fit and has lost his first time ball skills at present, while Mckensie seems to lacks confidence. BUT ... Leeds with their only two clear cut chances all second half scored again. Leeds also looked like many Premership sides did b4. They looked average and beatable, except they took there chances when given to them. Norwich should be able to beat any team in this league, but due to lack of confidence and the incorrect match tatics, the games are slipping away from them. Why bring on a sub at 87mins Worthy? WE NEED ANOTHER TWO PLAYERS AND AN EXTRA COACHING MEMBER TO INSPIRE THE TEAM INTO WINNING. WE ARE NOW 9 POINTS BEHIND THE LEADERS AND THE TOP TEAMS ARE LOOKING STRONG. AT THIS RATE WE WILL FINISH MIDTABLE. I think that if worthington doesn''t turn it around within another 4-5 games he may well be asked to leave. I agree with you..... Why won''t Worthy have a go at his team to the press!!! When we play badly, state so on the interview, have a go at the players! Not the same old stuff, ''we know where were at'' and ''we passed the ball well''.   No we are average at present.     Come on Worthy!

What is going on!!! I didn''t listen to the match tonight on the radio until the last 10 mins. I checked the NCFC offical website, only to be shocked that extra time was being played at 0 - 0! MK Dons are div1!!! We should be winning these games 3 or 4 to 0. They even missed a penalty in the first period of extra time! I understand that its only game 5 of the season, but with the players we have in the club we shouldn''t be put in this situation. 30 seconds from the end Mckensie saved Worthys blushes, with a tap in goal from a goalkeeper mistake. Worthy comments after the game were of praise for his injury hit team. Why doesn''t worthy ever shout/get angry/show emotion more with his first team players when they under perform? These players are on more money a week than most of us earn in a year. Yet all we ever hear of is that the players are tyred or not yet match fit or  ''the team didn''t turn up until half time'' etc... These are professional athletes and should be able to play football everyday, not just 90 mins once a week. I bet most people wish they only had to perform for 90 mins a week for that sort of money. When we play badly, say that we played badly, NOT "we passed the ball well and on another day we could have been 2-3 up." YES worthy but we didn''t did we!!!   I know its all MOAN, MOAN, MOAN .....   But its not all moan ... Worthys attempt at getting Morrison, show to me that at leat we are after somebodt decent and established for a change. It very unlike NCFC to bid 2 million for a player! At least we are looking at a proven goalscorer and not somebody from the lower leagues who nobody has heard of, no matter how good he is mean''t to be! Come on lads show us what your made of on Saturday, its only Leeds! Lets get behind the lads and give them the confidence to shoot more! Sing up the Barclay!!!
