Lol, Norwich and proper football will always come first for me, but NFL is a fantastic sport. The problem is that it isn''t hugely accessible due to being complicated and games taking a long time. I see it almost as a game of human chess, it''s a lot more tactical than football for sure.
this was my favourite NFL moment from last season.

2. Moving from General!
RG3 is elite, no two ways about it, I think we''re about to enter a very successful period in franchise history. Despite what John Mara and the NFL stitched us up with (ie $36mill in cap space reduction).
I can''t wait for the upcoming season, I love our pickups during free agency too and we have 2011 2nd round pick, DE Jarvis Jenkins to come back from injury after he missed the whole of last season - during pre-season he was looking like a superstar so hopefully he can regain that form after a long layoff.
I trust Shanahan implicitly - he will get us another Lombardi if Snyder keeps firmly in the backseat!!

3. I lamented Morison last season due to his lack of effort in several games. Can''t help but wonder now though, if he was given a run in the side and told he is the main man, would he be able to perform?
I''m going to say yes and hope he proves my comments about him last season wrong.
Maybe stepping out of Holt''s shadow is exactly what he needs to shine. Let''s hope so.

4.
Kick it off is your avatar an NFL player? because it looks like that to me.
Yeah, I''m a big Redskins fan, and we had a player (Sean Taylor) who was horrifically murdered just over 4 years ago by people who were burgling his house. The best player we have seen at the Redskins in a very long time, always gave it everything and was immensely talented.
The image in my avatar is this:

I changed it on the anniversary of his death and never got round to changing it, might do so in a while.

5.
Like the half and half colours, reminds me of his half black half grey hair- has always confused me that!

Anyway, great manager, a new era: COME ON YOU YELLOWS!!
Very much inspired by the Obama "Change" poster.
If anyone has any ideas for NCFC related graphics by the way, I''m happy to have a go at creating something

He will have just about all the crowd behind him. Has there ever been a more popular choice of manager for us?? Fantastic exciting times ahead for us all, considering how nervous most of us were only a few days ago OTBC [:D]
Given that McNally only said 2 days ago that he would be looking for a manager with vast top league experience.........why would it then be Hughton??
For god''s sake someone get an edit button running on this forum!
McNally never said "Vast" as far as I''m aware...

Because he managed in the Premier league and had Newcastle in the top 6 before being sacked for no good reason...

Lol - I don''t know why he bothers - he lives in Birmingham, if he wants to see fat chicks in next to nothing he only has to look out the window.

10.
I''d always have suspicions over a full back as tall as 6''4"??.......somehow that just never seems to work in area of the pitch?
He''s incredibly mobile for his size, I agree it''s uncommon for Full backs to be this size, but as mentioned before he can play CB too. He''s a very competent player.
As an aside, he also speaks fluent English.

11. With Tierney injured for much of last season, it left us with only Drury to cover as a natural LB (Lappin and Naughton out of position aside).
Sebastien Boenisch is 25, 6''4 AND quick, likes to go forward and has a great cross, but is strong defensively and dominant in the air. Very much a ball playing full back, on his way out of Bremen after failing to agree terms. (Link HERE). I''m sure most of you haven''t seen him but keep an eye out for him in the Euros, he is a real classy player. The only issue is that he has spent much of the last 18months injured, but he is currently fit and on top of his game.
No inside info or any bull that we are interested in him, but he is a player that I would love to see us sign, and I would hope that whoever the new manager is, this is the kind of player he looks to bring in!
