Very reliable but she’s got a moustache. -
Tzolis to Bruges (loan to buy)
vlad666 replied to Canary Wundaboy's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Does it say if it’s an “option” to buy or “compulsory” after the loan? I don’t have access to the athletic. Thanks. -
People go on about Plachetas speed but I don’t think I’ve ever seen him beat a man. Also zero end product. I’d much rather have Hernandez. At least on his day he’s a goal threat and probably our only player who attacks the defence and looks to take players on. Neither are good enough at the top level but I think Hernandez offers you more.

Yes, very smart. Hope the lotus design is like that on the kit.

Summer Transfer & Rumour Thread 2022

Twine is an attacking midfielder. He had an excellent season at league one level. It’s hard to tell how he’d perform at championship level though. I’m not a Dowell fan but I imagine at league one level he would look pretty impressive. Would Twine be an upgrade on our options here? I’m not so sure. -

A Dean Smith Team
vlad666 replied to YoussefSafriFromDistance's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I’m hoping smith will surprise us next season with attacking high pressing football. I think this season they identified how weak our midfield was and thought our best bet was to go direct and bypass it. A managers “style” is dictated by the players he has at his disposal. A few new players and hopefully a more pleasing on the eye approach. -
Another superb Michael Bailey article

Yeah I agree. Whilst I rate Idah I don’t see him ever being a natural goal scorer. Especially at the top level. Sargent I don't even see a footballer. We definitely need to improve on our goals from midfield. Whilst I thought Rashica was poor in his first season I think, provided he stays, he’ll hit close to double figures. He was often pushed so far back last season that he was ineffective in most games. Given that we’ll hopefully be on the front foot he’ll get into much more dangerous positions. -

Not subscribed to the athletic so appreciate that. My guess is that Smith doesn’t rate the majority of this squad. Obviously finances dictate how much change there will be but give the chance I suspect he’d make wholesale changes. No 3 is an interesting one. Think he’d love to move Gibson on and also bring in a proper left back as our options are basically wingbacks with a lack of physicality. -
Stripes on the kit?

Isn’t he the guy that does the one on one training drills for pros? -
Wow, hopefully it can be just as successful as our link up with Ferencvaros. 😁

Some recent comments from Pukki
vlad666 replied to hepphep's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I imagine after last season he’s going to see what transfer business we do before deciding if he wants to stay. I honestly don’t blame him either. Chasing lost causes and feeding on scraps can’t be much fun. On the other hand with potential investment/takeover on the horizon, this could be an exciting place to be to wind down his career. -

Stuart Webber. Top man!
vlad666 replied to bringbackchippy's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
It all depends what you want from your club I suppose. If it’s just to exist then he’s doing a cracking job. Me personally I want us to be the best we can possibly be. I’m also far from proud of the club on the pitch. Webber has assembled one of our worst top flight teams ever. Under our current model we’re not going to be able to compete to buy the best players but we can definitely buy the correct type of player to at least make the games competitive. Losing to a team with better players is fine. Losing to teams because we can’t get anywhere near them because of a lack of pace and physicality is firmly at webbers door. -
My Guess Is Pukki & Krul Staying.
vlad666 replied to TIL 1010's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
The cost to replace the goals Pukki will score vastly outweighs any fee we’d receive due to his age. Would be madness but nothing would surprise me at the minute with this club.
