I have a feeling that it will come down to two things (1) an offer over £7 mil. and (2) that offer coming from a big established premiership club. If these 2 things fall into place then we will accept the offer and Ashton will want to go. I for one would not blame either the club or the lad.

It seems there is two schools of thought here , 1/ lets be realistic, all players have a price at any club. 2/ its Worthy''s fault !  (Poor old Worthy he gets the blame for everything.) It seems to me that everytime it is possible to deal on the transfer market the press and a certain amount of City supporters are hell bent on proving that we are a selling club. The last time Ashton was "Going" City gave him a new contract and turned down over £6.5 million , selling club? of course we are (at the right price) so is almost all of the clubs in this country. But we can now do deals AT THE RIGHT PRICE.

Flem will go of to train as old Father Time, Saffri will return to his homeland and be crowned King.The ginger Pele will go to The theatre Royal and be used in next year''s panto as the bean stalk. Or will it be WLY as one of the seven dwarfs? Hucks will become an olympic sprinter . Right that has got rid of a few, and what I have come up with makes about as much sense as some of the stories going around about Dean Ashton!  Please please keep a sense of  perspective. Over 53% for worthy to stay now! Soooo when the poll had a majority for worthy out the W.O.B lads said it proved their case or at least added weight to the arguement, What is their veiw now? I am sure they will take notice and at least acknowledge they might not be speaking for the majority! I doubt if this swing happened after the saints match so what will the stats be like by Monday? 

I agree it might not happen, BUT with a bit more backing of the whole club by the supporters and a lot less personal attacks on the manager and some of the players by some "fans" might just help!! We supporters have a real tallent for shooting ourselves in the foot.  Worthy will be the manager until the end of the season (at least) so back the club and lets just see what happens. You never know you just might start enjoying it!! 

Silly question I know, but what will you do if we win the next two games? If you are still saying "get rid of worthy" then it will look like tour opinion is based on a personal dislike and not on what is good for the club. (it looks a bit like it now I M O.) but everyone is entitled to their own views on what is best for the club (are''nt they?)

seems like shacks and leon will be playing in the reserve match next week. don''t be suprised to see leon on the bench for the saints match, (Just a feeling)

The sad thing is that some fans do not WANT to see anything good in the manager or the board!  When this was anounced the reaction from everyone SHOULD have been (GOOD NEWS!, WELL DONE THE BOARD/WORTHY! , GOOD OLD SAFF! good to know he wants to stay!! ) It should not be "what is the truth about safri contract!!! 

Righttttttttttt  So Let me see? If by some fluke we actualy play well and get a good win on Saturday,(yes i know in the great scheme of things two wins in two will NOT mean everything is fixed) but just suppose!  will the protest still happen and what will be the reaction of the great majority of people leaving the ground? Me? i will try not to laugh!!

I wonder what this board will be like if we win another couple of games this year? the worthy out brigade will be suicidle and the KTF brigade will be in raptures!! BUT  unless we we go on an amazing run this season will still be a poor one and AT THE END of the season major changes will have to be made.Either the manager or half the team have to go and a proper rebuild job has to be done. IS Worthy the one to do it? I doubt it based on his record so far.

You  probably are the only one!  You  have to remember if he was an England player then we would all want him to play for his country, so what is the diff?. there are rules at international level that stop clubs putting a block on players going on international duty so please get real!!
