  1. Hello mate, I know it was a bit sad me turning down "double-bubble" iut would have been worth it (well almost) if we''d won , but I guess I shoild have known better.
  2. Doherty out for revenge What a joke, he ballsed it up again!! It drives me to the point of  despair when we week in-week out, hear some player make some useless bloody comment in the paper before the match how we''re "gonna do this" or that, and then it all goes tragically tits-up as is the usual case. Doherty (with about 7 others) was the catalyst for this disgraceful performance with his regular "giveaway "of a needless free kick leading to another City disaster-classs performance. He never seems to learn about his pointless challenges and constant grabbing-hold of opponents leading to many free kicks just outside the box.
  3. GOODBYE PAUL MCVIEGH - and GOOD RIDDANCE I say!! Nuff-said on that!  Go join your old mate Phil MULRINE seen last week in the City getting heavily p...ed.
  4. Spot on mate! Lets hope Grant can bring in a lot more new blood before Januarys deadline.
  5. Sacking Grant should not even be talked about at this stage, give the man a fair crack at the whip! Lets not forget he has "inherited" this squad of predominantely toothless tigers! He should be judged after he has had the time to GET RID OF SOME OF THE OLD and BRING IN SOME OF THE NEW. That would be a good time to better assess him.
  6. I cannot believe I (stupidly) turned down a long day of double-time overtime yesterday at work because I wanted to watch my beloved Norwich City! Not only was it the price of the ticket I wasted but I lost out on the best part of £250.00 as well!! Perhaps I should ask for a refund from the board. Incidentally, if I performed my job the same they way consistently do theirs, then I''d have been "booted out" a long time ago!! The main problem is that the vast majority of the players out there just don''t give a ''monkeys'' (I''m avoiding the swear-words, just!) about playing for Norwich!
  7. Good point. Though i still don''t like Megson!
  8. I''m not meaning this as criticism here, rather, an observation cos I think Mckenzie is the absolute "Dogs B#####ks and I for one love to see him on the starting 11line-up. However, having reviewed the highlights of saturday''s game a number of times now, you can see that it was "Leon" who was in the Offside position when both SVENSSON and HUCKERBY scored their respective disallowed goals. Both decisions could quite easily have gone our way, unfortunately they didn''t though. Fortunate for us was the fact we didn''t need those 2 goals to give us all 3 points. I just hope that WORTHY reviews the tape and findings with all the players!
  9. I''VE DECIDED,I''M STILL GONNA BUY ME SOME MORE CITY SHARES EVEN IF WE DON''T GET HUCKERBY, AFTER ALL, THE MONEY WILL ONLY HELP "WORTHY" BRING IN SOME OTHER TALENT, AND I TRUST HIS JUDGEMENT 100%!! ALL ALONG I''VE BEEN SAYING "IF CITY GET HUCKS THEN I''LL DIG DEEP AGAIN AND BUY MORE CLUB SHARES, EVEN IF I CAN''T REALLY AFFORD TO!" I FEEL THE CLUB HAVE TRIED SO HARD TO GET HIM IN FOR US, BUT THINGS HAVE BEEN TAKEN OUT OF THEIR CONTROL! I''M SURE IF DELIA & MIKE CAN BUY 500K WORTH OF SHARES, THEN THE LIKES OF MYSELF (AND HOPEFULLY MANY OTHERS IN A SIMILAR POSITION TO ME) WILL ALSO STRETCH DEEP INTO THEIR OWN POCKETS TO HELP THIS GREAT CLUB OF OURS. I SURE HOPE MANY OTHER FANS WHO MAY ALSO HAVE BEEN UNDECIDED ABOUT THE SHARES WILL AGREE WITH ME AND FOLLOW SUITBUY THEM CLUB SHARES!!!!!
  10. Hey Thanx for your replies guys, it sure is good to know I''m not the only out there with my "thoughts"!
  11. I wonder how many other City fans there are out there thinking similar to me on this?? I bought shares for my 2 sons last time around and have plenty of financial comittments myself, Mortgage, bills etc.etc. without the additional (Huge) Xmas "layout"! But still, and even with an ever-growing credit-card debt, if "Worthy" manages to pull off the "Unbelievable" and sign-up Huckerby then I''m gonna dig deep again into my pockets for some more shares, hey, I might even buy them for myself this time. Sad really, but I almost feel as though I owe it to NCFC as "gratitude" for (hopefully) signing him up. Might cause World-War 3 at home, but I guess I''ll tackle that if-and-when it happens!!
