1. Just a quick thank you on behalf of NCISA for the fantastic turnout last night. I had been worrying all day that the meeting might not be a success but you showed my misgivings to be unfounded in no uncertain terms. As football fans go City fans are very tolerant bunch and it takes a lot for them to turn out in force on a freezing March night . I thought you all conducted yourselves wonderfully well especially when it was clear how passionately some of you felt. The few pro Worthy supporters were treated with respect and allowed to have their say without heckling. Will it do any good? Well I really dont know. Unfortunately the sound recording didnt come off (thanks for trying Vince) but the board will have heard by now what happened (A football club employee was present it turns out). We will now find out if they are as they claim a ''listening club'' or indeed if they are just a ''hearing club''.
2. Sorry. Just slipped into a parallel universe there. ''Neil Doncaster in the Fat Cat''?
3. At the risk of getting told off by Yankee, I have to say that we dont have such a plan. I think it unlikely in the extreme that the hall will be full especially if it snows. Even during the Chase demonstrations of the mid nineties we didnt fill the hall. I think 600 is the seating capacity so you would still be able to stand round the edges if this did happen. I would be over the moon if the hall was full but I am not expecting it to happen.
4. I dont think I actually said sound recording couldnt be done. I said we will do our best to arrange it if possible. And I am not always a very nice lady.
5. Going off on a tangent a bit, but have you ever been on Soccer AM? They always do a bit on football fans in the forces posted overseas which always brings a lump to my throat.
6. If so my sincere apologies. I thought he had reinvented himself because he did that once before. Although having just said that I realise now the number of posts would have stayed the same. Dooh. I am such a blonde.
7. Shame on you Wizard. You are Worthys biggest critic but when you are given the chance to step out of the electronic ether and stand up and be counted, you decline and resort to petty personal attacks. Werent you recently complaining about other posters doing that?
8. First of all thank you for all the interest and suggestions that many of you have made about tomorrow night. Be assured I pass all of these on to the other NCISA committee members and we act on them when we can. City Angel The letter in last nights Evening News was the same one printed in last weekends Pinkun I believe. To the best of my knowledge Roy has rung the gentleman to discuss the issues raised. We normally do this with any correspondence positive or otherwise as we find people respond better to being contacted rather than ignored even if they do not necessarily agree with what you say. I havent got a copy of the letter here but I believe one of his criticisms was not being consulted about calling the meeting in the first place. There are two issues here. Firstly calling the meeting is our way of consulting the fans. We went ahead so that we could gauge how fans feel about the crisis at the club. Secondly when you are a non professional, non profit making organisation, the logistics of consulting every one of over 500 members (thats the answer to your second question!) are very difficult. With the advent of email we can now do a lot more of this sort of thing than before, but when you consider less than one third of our members have given us email addresses that leaves the post or the telephone as the alternatives. In my experience when you send out written material, unless you enclose a stamped addressed envelope not many people will respond. This also costs money and as one of our remits is to raise money for the academy it seemes a shame to use it in this way. The same goes for phone calls. All this takes time as well. All of the NCISA committee bar two have full time jobs and families and we do have to fit stuff in as best we can. For example just about all of my daytime contributions to this board this week and the process of forwarding them backwards and forwards to the others has been done while I am at work. Good job my boss isnt constantly looking over my shoulder. As you can imagine I have also received many emails from both NCISA members and non-members over the past few weeks. Most of them have been supportive but not all. If you are interested the ratio is about ten to one supportive v against. I have however answered them all, agin mostly at work. NCISA was formed in the dark days of the Chase regime as a supporters mouth piece and I like to think we played some part in the subsequent events. a period of relative calm followe until now and during this time our focus changed to fund raising for the academy. We also hold regular supporters forums so the fans can meet the players and more recently successful quizzes. Personally I run the Canary Challenge competition which over the past five seasons has raised nearly £4000. This means writing off about three hours most days in August. We still do sometimes get involved with contentious issues and taken up the cases of individual supporters when necessary. Two of our officers sit on the SCG and we are well aware of the criticism surrounding the way this is run. Lets just say its on our list of ''Things to do'' when all this is behind us. As to whether or not we will  become involved in other supporters protests, a lot depends on the outcome tomorrow night. If there is an overwhelming consensus then without committing the rest of the organisation I think it is likely. However if we are shouted down so to speak, it probably wouldnt be appropriate.   NMTD   Thank you for your constructive suggestions. As far as the meeting goes we are acutely aware it must not degenerate into anarchy. All NCISA functions are conducted under strict guidelines and this is no exception. All persons and opinions will be welcome on the night and will have a chance to be heard. As always discourtesy, offensiveness and personal attacks will not be tolerated. I dont know if anyone from the club will be coming. I have extended an invitation to them to attend but received rather a curt reply from Neil Doncaster. The press are definitely coming and have been kinmd enough to help us make some sort of recording of the meeting to put on the website.   I hope this answers some of your questions. Now I really must do some work!
9.
Disregard everything this buffoon says. Any businessman who thinks that insulting his customers is good business practice, is sadly lacking in intelligence. If he is indicative of Boardroom opinion at Carrow Road, we''re heading for the conference.
Its ironic you should say that CD. I was at at question and answer session he was the guest at in November. Someone asked him how bad things would have to get for the board to sack Worthy. He said ''Maybe if we end up in the Conference''. Also on a one to one basis he has been quite rude and bullish to me personally when I suggested what I thought were constructive ideas to him. Not a nice man.
10. I will pass this request on. Im afraid Roy has yet to come to terms with his mobile phone but certainly one of the others might come up with something.
11. Yep and you''ll probably need a coat Squit when you''re standing on the terraces at Rochdale in a couple of seasons time.
12. No I havent been censored! The Fans Forum panel are asked to report on alternate weekends this season so Hull wasnt my turn and this weekend which was, coincided with me escaping to the Yorkshire Dales for the weekend. Thanks anyway for missing me!
13. Well I''ve just come in to work this morning and found all this! I have to say I am both flattered and bemused by the amount of attention my article has attracted. Thank you  for the very kind things some of you have said about it. I''m not sure they are very deserved. My English teacher at school always said I was cr*p at writing! I dont deliberately set out to be provocative, I just always try to write from the heart and find it usually serves me quite well. Yes I am emotional when it comes to my football club and if that comes through when I am writing so be it Squit. The two go hand in hand in my opinion and always will do. I doubt this message board would even exist if people didnt care really deeply about Norwich City.  I really dont think the EDP are likely to dump me because of what I wrote as some people on here have suggested. In fact I suspect they positively rub their hands with glee when someone is a bit controversial. And even if they did I am sure there are lots of potential replacements among  the Pinkin message board posters. I have always maintained that the quality of writing of some of you on this site is superb and I think you could do an equally good, or more likely better job than me. Thanks again.
14. Just to let you know I turned up too. Wandered around a bit peering over peoples shoulders to see what was written on their shirt but couldnt find you. Just too many peolple I guess.
15. Sorry but I have just been watching a Sky Sports programme about Newcastle trying to sign Wayne Rooney.
16. You will find you have to tone things down a bit. On here I can get away with saying ''The ref was a complete t**t but in the EDP I have to say things like ''The officials were poor and made some indifferent decisions'' !
17. ONLY TWO WEEKS LEFT! Come on you lot. Help me beat the 756 entries we had last year and raise lots of dosh for the academy. You can enter on line at www.ncisa.co.uk and send me the money later.
18. Entry forms are out and about for this seasons competition. You have probably got one with your season ticket but if not they are in selected outlets throughout the City. Failing that you can post me here and I will send you one. Why not have a go? You can win up to £500 and all the money we raise goes to the academy. Last season we gave them over £1500. You can enter under your message board nickname if you want. I might even set up a mini league. There may be a delay in getting back to you as I am off to California (USA not Sands) for two weeks and I am unlikely to have access to a PC. Expect to come back and we have signed Henry, Figo, Zidane and Rooney, and a great big wad of Canary Challenges waiting on the door mat.
19. To the tune and rhythm of ''Come and have a go if you think you''re hard enough''. Adnams please.
