1. I wonder you know if they already have one lined up and they thought they would get in first before us lot started saying ''But you said....................''

Celtic to beat Hamilton should make it three out of three hopefully.
Whereas of course there are numerous similarities between the chairman and Sid James. One is an over the hill, overesexed, gobby, lecherous bloke in his late fifties. The other is a comedy actor from London who died in 1976.
Dear oh dear the things I have to put up with on the Free Bet , for goodness sake Johnny you seem to be worse than Devon and Lapp rolled into one , please get a grip of yourself man , oohhh!! I think this could be the wrong term to use [:$] I had hoped the Free Bet would never come to this....arrdee.
Sorry Ray but I just cant lay down and take that can I? Oh bugger....................

 5.

Sorry Nutty but Kathy has just got in touch as she wanted me to do it again just like i did last week but then again that is what all the girls say. The Villa to do Sunderland at home.
I hope you do a better job than you did last week. Nothing new to me there I''m afraid.
I currently have a 100% record Kathy but it looks like you want me to go that extra inch!
Yes but you turned up very late and it was very short lived.
 6.
CA ,thanks but no thanks for the opportunity to answer Smudger''s comment made i understand on another thread.I obviously saw him in the audience but not once did he put his hand up to ask a question nor did he indicate that he wished to do so.As you are aware everybody was given the chance and some people asked more than one question. Smudger old boy you had your chance on the night and i would have been delighted for you to have had the roving microphone handed to you.If you had a problem with answers that were given or the questions that were asked by your fellow audience members the problem you now appear to have is of your doing. This is not a dig Smudger but your stance now taken about the evening i feel is a bit rich.
Can I add to that that I was delighted to see you there Smudger as I have alluded to in my Pinkun column this week http://www.pinkun.com/content/columns/NCISA.aspx?brand=PINKUNOnline&category=NCISA&tBrand=PinkUnOnline&tCategory=NCISA&itemid=NOED26%20Sep%202008%2016%3A56%3A04%3A940. But FFS what is the point of coming if you are not going to put your view point across then moan about it afterwards? If you are not brave enough to ask a question yourself, then thats OK, I understand that But write it on a bit of paper and we will do it for you. Thats what Yankee did for different reasons.

 8. Come on WAY49. I did it for the first time last week and it didnt hurt a bit.
 9.
I just wondered when there''s going to be a report put up on the NCISA site, a write up of the fans forum with Lee Clark? I''m sure it would be of interest for those who couldn''t go.
I think you will find its there BMC. I have also done a brief report in Saturday''s Pinkun.
 10.
Im thinking of going to derby away, and 2 of my mates have let me down and say they dont wanna go, so i was thinking of going on my own but would that be really boring etc
I went to Arnhem on my own. Its fine. Everyones your mate when you watch City away.
 11.
I''m suprised there has been no reports on here, only a few titbits in the EDP.  [:)]
Later. I saw City Angel making notes and if she doesnt I will. Trouble is we are all at work!
 12. Ho hum. As if to come out in sympathy with the free bet, my internet was down until this afternoon. I wasnt hiding! Failure was not a surprise really. I once stopped as runaway horse by putting a fiver on it. Never mind. I enjoyed doing it and I intend to take part every week from now on so look out.
 13.

If Gazza doesnt get a chance to ask your question then I''ll try to ask it for you Yankee.
Thank you angel. Even if Mr. Doncaster will not go beyond what has been stated to date I''m sure, if you''re pulling on one leg and Gazza on the other, the crowd will see him with his pants down, Also, don''t forget with Neil''s e-mail prowess he''s probably keeping tabs on this forum to see what kind of questions are being posed. Better to keep a few in your back pocket ( if you have one of those ).
We will make sure its asked. If necessary we will ask it from the table.
 14. You know I cant help noticing that every time I join in a thread on the Pinkun message board it seems to degenerate to smut these days. Never mind. As they say, where''s theres muck there''s money. So I''m going to rise above all that and here goes: Liverpool v Stoke            home win Birmingham v Blackpool   home win Rangers v Motherwell      home win Stenhousemuir v Berwick   home win Millwall v Cheltenham    home win AEK Athens v Iraklis      home win I chose home wins on statistical grounds. Sorry if I didnt pick yours - nothing personal. Now its in the lap of the gods. Kathy ps The Butler. Celebrating your ruby anniversary on the golf course? [:)]
 15. Evening all. Gosh! I had no idea I had managed to infiltrate such a bastion of masculinity! Thank you for all your tips. As I am a FreeBet virgin I will certainly be taking them up although I had already spotted a couple of the suggestions myself (Liverpool, Rangers on Sunday). I will have a good look tomorrow and tell you my final selections Friday evening. And then - fingers crossed.

Admission free to members, £2 on the night to non-members. Hope to see as many of you there as possible.
is that the room in the jarrold kathy??? so, if i was going, as a non ncisa member, what time would be best to turn up - to safely get a pint and seat???
hi kathy - didn''t know if you saw this, appreciate a reply...thanks
Sorry LGT. Yes it is in the Jarrold Stand. I think its the third floor, enter by the doors to the left of the Proton showroom. We will put signs up anyway so you can find it OK. As a non-member you can come in when you like but you will have to sit through the formal stuff and obviously wont be able to vote. The doors will be open about 7 and there should be plenty of bar staff on so you should have no problem getting a pint. Come and say hello.
 17.
My elderly father is coming to his first meeting (recent life member which is good value at 78!!).  Can he patk at the ground?
Yes he can. We look forward to seeing him.

 20. I was there. I remember being absolutely gutted we lost and as you say there was controversy about the goal and I think we had a nailed on pen turned down. I also remember being pleased when they lost in the final!

 22.

Just compiled the first Canary Challenge table for this season. Early leader - Arrdee!
Maybe I am just thick, but what is the Canary Challenge - is it something to do with the free bet? [:$]
http://www.pinkun.com/cs/forums/1337112/ShowPost.aspx
 23. I sat next to Capatin Canary at Walsall during the second half some years ago. He started talking to me and I found it really strange chatting to a giant yellow bird.
 24.
having met Canny canary last night.... He explained fully how the kitty makes money, you dont have to use paypal or part with any money at all.. just using varos sites linked to the kitty will generate funds long term. Any player signed by the kitty who is subsequently sold.. these funds will be the clubs to do as they please... but the funds raised by the kitty are for the purpose of signing players only.... It was an incitful hour long chat and i am now a "convert"... jas :)
Agreed JAS. I found Steve to be a very knowledgeable and capable person and I was intrigued by his plans. I have since tried to explain the theory to a friend and failed but that says more about me than him. If it comes off great. As and when the money comes in and what happens to it is another issue, and I think the Kitty will need to tread very carefully, but I am sure they realise that. I wish the Kitty good luck. At the end of the day we all want the same thing dont we?
