  1. Firstly, no need to be hostile. Secondly, I don't think he was, certainly no more than others (eg Barnes). Thirdly, did it not occur to you that he was the only one capable of doing anything?
  2. And bring on whom? Barnes made a mistake, but lets not all over react - as usual - there was still a lot to do and they could have been stopped. Players are not either AMAZING or AWFUL. There is a middle ground usually, but fans, for some reason always go for the over dramatic rubbish.
  3. Result is ultimately what matters, but this is shameful. I am ashamed that we are so poor and they are clearly much better.
  4. Terrible. But could be worse. Could be a Man Utd fan. As a child of the eighties, I love how the glory hunting kids I went to school with and were upset when they didn't win the league, now realise what most fans feel...
  5. They're also not the person in charge of sacking a manager. Maybe, just maybe, there are things we don't know and reasons why it makes sense not to sack him? Don't get me wrong, I think he's rubbish and would welcome him being sacked, but to make such bold statements without the knowledge to back it up is the stereotypical reactionary rubbish and it's exactly this mentality why we sacked the best manager we have had for 30 years (in my opinion ever).
  6. I agree that he isn't good enough and we should look to get someone different in. However, a sh*t car is better to travel than no car. We have to a) have a better alternative available/willing and b) be able to afford that. A change is not always for the better (as those of you who decided Farke should leave have subsequently found out). If we got rid of Wagner but got in Steve Bruce, would that be a good move? (Please don't reply that anyone is better, as clearly that's an emotional response and factually not correct. He is poor, but there is always worse).
  7. I think Cantwell and Dowell are very similar, but I like Dowell and believe that technically he is far superior to Cantwell. The problem with Dowell is physically, he is not good enough - no speed, no strength, susceptible to injuries.
  8. Love it for the team and the memories, think it's hideous to look at. (I still have one though).
  9. There's a huge amount of people on here in that same camp, but they don't appear to feel stupid about it.
  10. Probably your most stupid post ever. Which, is quite an achievement.
  11. Good or not "a poison" is a ridiculous statement "We're not very good so someone is a poison".
  12. I think that's a key question. If the answer is Farke and he said he had a great relationship with him, I think he may be leaving out some key details from the conversation and maybe, he didn't "just ask" why he wasn't in the squad. Honestly, I don't really care enough to watch it. I have no particular reason, inside knowledge or anything, but he always comes across as a self obsessed tw*t to me.
  13. I realise that you're trying to be funny and make a joke of it but I still can't understand. Do you really not give a sh*t enough to actually read anything anyone posts and just knee-jerk reaction to everything?
  14. The OP literally said 8 words, and 5 of them was this.
  15. Duffy has been very impressive, as good as Hanley in the air (no mean feat) but can actually control the ball and pass it too. An upgrade on Hanley in every way.
  16. I've also been to Twickenham a couple of times, it was always thoroughly enjoyable. Whilst trying to find my entrance, I got lost and and walked into the media area and walked right next to Shane Williams, Lawrence Dallaglio and Martin Bayfield. I have never in my life seen someone as huge as Bayfield, I'm not sure if it was because he was next to Bayfield (but he was also next to Williams!) but I was also a little shocked that Dallaglio wasn't as big as I had expected.
