1. Hi Keelan''s Glove I agree with all you say, the first City match I ever attended was in the old div3(S) v Southend.* I stood on the terraces in front of the old (seated) Main Stand. There were about 6 steps and the view was great, even for a lad as I was then.  Is there a reason why we couldn''t do this all around current grounds ? It would increase the capacity of each ground and Cater for the needs of  both sitting and standing supporters. *Oh by the way we lost 2-4 or something  and I think Punton and Crossan then played for Southend.
2. Cor you''ll be for it when he comes out of school !
3.
As I can''t get use to this damn new board, I''m not sure who you are, so please forgive my error and being thick!. But if your knowledge of magic can only stretch to just Harry Potter, I shall refrain...
Hi Wiz ! Me Gorleston Jim If you are a genuine wizard  you should be able to get on to platform three and three quarters at Thorpe Station where most of  ''em meet to catch the Magical Canary Express. Let me know when you make it !
4. Spurs v City ... featuring pretenders to the throne Robinson v Greeno !
5. Know what you mean mate, I''ve sat in that same area just behind the goal, The person at the front (who has the best view of all) needlessly stands up. Then the one behind him has to do the same and so on until everyone behind stands. Finally nobody can sit again until the silly whatsit does.
6. Malky was good, even took the ref on. Should pose a few selection problems for NW now he''s fit !
7.
I didn''t see this post as a moan - just a valid question backed up by some results. I agree it''s only a few games into the season - but I think the basis of Gorleston Jim''s question was maybe (Arsenal...
Sorry AJ It was an observation not a moan, if you look at my previous posts I am an optimist but like to see things realistically. If I was to moan it would be about your space wasting logo. AJ is the one and only what ?
8. In considering the form of two of our four opponents this season I was prompted to wonder if our acheivments to date were as great as we thought. i:e :- Man Utd.. Lost 0-1, Draw 1-1 and Draw 0-0; against us Won 2-1         Newcstle. drew 2-2,Lost 0-1 and Lost 2-4 ; against us Draw 2-2 : Add to this Crystal Palace''s only point to date was gained from us.: What you all think then ? ? ? ?
9. Mr Poll contrived the situation so that it became open to his judgement rather than a clear cut decision, now to come to that conclusion it is necessary to study the facts:- Are the offenders Man.Utd, Arsenal, Liverpool ? If yes then.........
10. I remember that Sheff Wed match, they had that damned thump thump drummer and a bugler who was out of tune, marvelous no wonder they lost.
11. Fouls = 1pt. Yellows = 2pts. Reds = 5pts. Last Season we were 5th from bottom !
12. Steve McClaren, Steve Bruce and Sam Allardyce are ruled out of the running for the Newcastle post. Who''s next to say "not interested " ? Haven''''t heard from NW lately
13. Well done Mcsncfcmcs You wrote 100''s of words and I see sense in all of em, but instead of the negative acceptance of being relegated why not set an attainable and positive target of 4th from bottom, that would be a major victory equivilent to our promotion last season.
14. Do they still send failed wizards to Azkaban ? Must ask Harry Potter sometime !
15. agreed ob1 Perhaps it''s a blessing in disguise. It maybe a chance for Jarvis or Hendo to emerge as our own "Rooney". Optimistic ? Yes of course ! But better than this Gloom and Doom atmosphere invading our midst.
16. Iwan should have known that the FA would come seeking retribution, it was daft to publish his action. Anyhow whoever said footballers have brains.
17. agreed ! Noticed Leon froze like rabbit in headlights a couple of times when we were having our magic 20 mins against Arsenal. But he will learn from the experience. I have every confidence about him becoming a regular scorer for us in the Prem.
18. 100% agree Safri''s appearance makes it clear what we have been lacking in midfield for ages.
19. What constitutes a "Match Report" ? May I add the name of David McDonnell to "Angry EADT"''s hit list ? This gentleman wrote a report on Man.U. v City in the Daily Mirror August 23rd. The report took up virtually a whole page consisted of about 150 words and the only mention of Norwich''s participation was:- "....Norwich sub David McVeigh pulled one back..." "... keeper Robert Green no chance..." Yes it did say "David" Am looking forward to see their report on Arsenal match ! !
20. Thanks for that Zippers'' ! I was beginning to think that I was the only one in the world to see how woeful our passing game is.
21. Nigel is always saying he wants us to keep the ball, pass well and not give it away. Over recent years several of our players in my view consistantly fail to comply. In my opinion Holt is probably the biggest culprit. Are there any "official figures" to enlighten one ?
22. I too think we will win 1-0 but strangely can''t think how. We do have 3 international goalies, wonder if we can find a way to use them all at same time ?
