Omg can't you see the improvement in every player, the style, the confidence and big personal Improvements to some, all down to good coaching?

You may be disappointed we didn't spend any money, but we didn't need to. Also we are in debt so the money probably goes towards paying off this. Personally I think the recruitment has been spot on. We have all had our moan about SW appalling overspend on previous recruitment, but I feel he has redeemed himself with what look like excellent additions to the squad. Signing the South Korean looks to be very astute business. All these signings only add to the excitement for what this season could bring.

Having a super rich Chinese in control is just stupid. Their economy is faltering, and if you just look at big players like Evergrande who just went to the wall, you really don't want to be left high and dry when your big spending Owner crashes and burns.

But not with Ben Gibson!! When he has the ball and naturally facing right, he simply is incapable many times to turn his body, see the player wide to his left, and in space, and pass it out wide QUICKLY. He slows the game down and puts us in trouble because he dithers. Even when he has space to run forward into he just stands there, wondering what to do !! Our forward play from the back needs to be faster. While I am having a good moan, when we win a free kick near the half way line, with players ahead wanting the ball, we take it quickly, and pass it back. In Saturday we did just that, and it resulted in being put under pressure and, I think, conceding a corner. So my point is, I feel we are not forward thinking enough to go forward lol

My concern is we don't have enough cover at centre back. Grant is out, Andrew O might be sold, another might be injured leaving us with 1 recognised cb. Surely we need to sign someone?

Maybe best we will not be expected to. With our rebuild if we finish around 6th that could be realistic. It's going to take 2 seasons for us to be ready to attack promotion

What I like about the teams coming down, is that we won't be favourites, or expected to get automatic promotion next year. Our target should be above Ipswich and in Play offs. Lower our expectations and maybe we shall be happy.

I am so pleased for Luton. They were so strong this season and finished 3rd, so deserve to go up. One player I know who plays for Luton is Luke Berry. He was an Academy product of Cambridge City fc and signed for Cambridge United before switching to Luton when they were in the league 3. Such a big moment for him personally to come from the Southern Premier League to the EPL. Congratulations to this wonderful little club. I really hope they do well next season, if they end up being relegated, the money will help them with financing their new home.

I agree. If he had said that over his reign as SD he has made some signings that didn't work out, but some that still might, I would be happier. He cannot mention certain players that haven't lived upto their fee, so I accept the judgement made to sign some players was at fault. Obviously they got lucky with Teemu and Emi, but for the more recent signings, many are either not upto their value, or still need developing.

I agree entirely with Webber, unless it's the England team.
