  1. I agree entirely about the marking. When QPR had the ball the players near by needed to be marked tightly to restrict passing options, instead our players marked the grass. Same criticism with pressing. One home game this season, I forget which, the keeper was allowed to almost get to the half way line without any press!! Our players seem to go to press, then stand off instead of physically attempt to get the ball. So, we continue to allow the opposition to have time to play as they wish. Why can't management see this ?
  2. An electric chair might have livened things up lol
  3. The ball through the middle to Whang was class, and it begs the question, why don't we play it this way more often, instead of going wide? Our forwards are always looking for the ball over the top, but the back four don't have the vision. Only Kenny is capable of this. This is how Teemu scored so many; play it early and I am sure we will score more. Credit to Gabby for his great ball over the top, we need to see more of this.
  4. I have often wondered why we don't play Dimi as a wide midfielder/winger as he does for Greece. Then Sam can play his defensive role. They can support each other in attack and defending. Then tuck Rowe alongside Idah as a 10
  5. Just shows that DW doesn't have a clue
  6. On yesterday's game, which I didn't see, did we play it out from the back much, or go long more?
  7. It would be a shame to lose him, but he needs games, however if his exclusion is purely down to finances, I feel that is very harsh on him.
  8. Am I the only fan who rates Sam? I feel he is a quality defender and is intelligent going forward. Why DW doesn't rate him, and actually prefers Placheta as our 2nd choice left back is really harsh. When, at times Dimi is or has had a bad game, Sam should be brought in. He is a better defender than Dimi and offers something different. If we get a new manager, I hope Sam gets a chance.
  9. Todd is once again showing his skills and talent. I am annoyed we don't still have him at Carrow Road as I am sure we wouldn't be 17th with him. I am so pleased he is doing well and playing European football. He is a great talent
  10. Yellow Tail Merlot. Not expecting to win tomorrow so maybe more wine
  11. The Board have for once responded to the fans pressure. Amazing.
  12. Love all these suggestions. Thanks everyone that really cheered me up
  13. http://www.capology.com I found this website showing all players and their wages. Notably the recent senior players we signed are all on much bigger wages than our regular existing players. Duffy & Stacey on £35000, Barnes on £30000. We are obviously paying for experience and it's a shame we are getting poor value for their wage. According to capology.com, Barnes (33yrs old) is on a 2 Yr contract, and the likes of Duffy & Stacey both on 3yrs. We are now lumbered with high wages for these players who we probably will not be able to shift in the future, so in refreshing the squad, we will still have these players hanging around. We need to play young guys like Kellen and Jaden, with I imagine, expensive experienced players as back up? Sadly, currently Wagner prefers the reverse selection. These wages and contracts demonstrate that Webber got lucky with Teemu and Emi, but not coming from a footballing background, he really has made some bad decisions recruiting. I hope you find this site of interest www.capology.com
  14. You are right. I for one expected to lose and for nothing to change, as I think most of the 20k supporters. Nothing will improve until DW goes. The quietest crowd I have experienced for many years. Sad times
  15. Maybe it should be Bjork's IT'S OH SO QUIET 🤫?
  16. I think it should be changed to Pink Floyd's COMFORTABLY NUMB, because that's how I felt on Sunday. Next time I will bring a book to read lol (Anythings better than the welcome to the jungle c#ap)
  17. No Batth. No Fisher. No McCullum We might win but I hate this line up
  18. The quality of the Academy players are our future, and not good
  19. If we had played Todd when fit I am certain we would have managed more points won. His movement with and without the ball was always impressive, and his link up play with Teemu essential. We had him as a player and did ourselves no favours excluding him from the matches. I have great respect for him and miss watching his skills at Carrow Road. Good luck to him.
  20. Throughout my life I have listened and loved a whole range if music, and I continue to explore new music. Born 70 years ago I love so many genres including trance!! However, with a crowd of 26000 people, covering all ages, I really find the choice of run out music, in particular, absolutely ear piercing and horrible. I believe it is Guns and Roses, but of all music too choose, surely something better can be played? The Wembley DJ who visited the other week played some good upbeat music, music, I suggest, more people could relate too. That was enjoyable and wouldn't it be more fun if before the match the club played music a larger number of fans knew.? Certainly the DJ in the Queen of Icini before the Leicester match knew how to get the fans singing. Maybe it's time the club re thought the matchday music? What do you all think?
  21. God I hate people like you who are probably never happy in their life, always "what if ?" And constantly trying to drag people around you down. Are you a ST holder, or just like to be miserable?
  22. What a negative attitude you have. Andy O was not silverware as he wasn't first choice, and with the club in debt bringing money in was good business. A lucky start? Omg can't you see the improvement in every player, the style, the confidence and big personal Improvements to some, all down to good coaching?
