It’s a shame, but the amount of grief they and fan groups such as ACN and TNC get from fellow supporters is a disgrace really. How we laughed at ‘blue action’ at Ipswich. They’re doing some pretty impressive stuff right now, and creating a fantastic atmosphere. And more importantly, being encouraged to do so.

They do have quite a youthful loud following now. Amazing what some success can do, helped in part by the dross served during the Marcus Evans years, which turned away a disgruntled aging fanbase and allowed the opportunity for ‘newer’ fans on the back of some success. We could definitely do with a similar freshen up at the Carra. Although 10 years of awful football with no success to get the attendances down to 14k really doesn’t appeal!

There is still a scenario that sees the season end with Ipswich Still a championship club, having still not beat Norwich, and memorable highlights being the highest amount of points for a non promoted side and defeat to Maidstone.
