After last nights performance i dont know any Championship team that would want him. Dear oh dear.

That was the first game ive been to with my son. I asked him at the end what all the fuss was about with him . I think all his corners went straight to their keeper ( who admittedly is a class act ) and he was summed up with his cross into the box around the 80th minute that said clear over and off for a goal kick. Genuinely on the games played he can go back.

Had a chat with a binner mate of mine. He really is interested on what the Americans do now. They either show they are serious and get a proper manager in who can really push things on or just go small time man to carry on jogging along.

Whilst the end result of points gained isnt much better Smith and co have raised the levels of performances to what i expected at the beginning of the season. I can accept the performances atm.

In fairness to Hugill , every time he came on last season he seemed to be heading to the oppositions corner flag. I dont think Messi would score from there.

tzolis.. played a blinder a few weeks back and we all wanted to see more of him. Well now we will, and DS will have seen what he can do with him. He will score tonight.

Well we have threads about ex players so I thought I’d start one about a player who still plays for us. I wrote the poor lad off last year saying to my lad he wouldn’t ever play a game for us again . I see he has done a 45 minute stint for the under 23’s now so do I need to change my mind ? He was a class act before his injuries but I still can’t see him coming back into the first team . he’s been put just too long.. would love to be proved wrong but ………..

Best news all day. That is if he was even offered it , or interviewed. Come on, is he really an improvement on DF ? would he really be able to carry on in a similar style but improve on the way we are set up ? Never . We need a better version of DF And not just a name who is out of work.

I wonder what is really going on . Lets be honest, all of the names have come out of the media. None from NCFC. It could be that Webber is sitting chuckling to himself about it all as he speaks to XYZ instead. But regardless if true that's fine because i don't want either of them two either.

If it’s true then I’m nothing but disappointed . I don’t like the guy , I don’t see what he can bring to us . That said I’m not a football genius myself either. I would have preferred DF and gone done with the ship than FL.

We have 27 ish games to go. Honestly could anyone really see it getting much better than it had for the first 10 ? I love DF as much as most but there was no way it could carry on for all those games still to go. All the good feeling he has would have been eroded.

Of the people that are hanging on to DF turning things around i think a large chunk think like that as he has always come across as a very decent guy . Im one of them, well was. I think he is fantastic but not got enough to get things going again. That and the players brought in are basically just not good enough. Yesterday told me that. I dont think a new manager would save us but i do think he ( she ? ) would be enough to save us from the hell that would be taking away Derby's record.
