I question this bit about infrastructure. I maybe wrong ( I often am) but there was significant investment in their ground a few years back. I used to go occasionally in the late 90's early 2000's and half of the ground was falling apart, and parts of it were closed because they were unsafe. I think this part has been overlooked by a lot of people valuing the club at circa £150m (A common figure used). To assume control of the club, a new owner/majority shareholder, would only have to buy out the shares owned by S&J. I understand the obligation to buy the remaining shares, but if I was a current shareholder, and someone came in and bought out S&J with the promise of investment, the value of those shares would only rise, and it would foolish to sell them. So the amount to take over the club is roughly half of the £150m valuation. Still a nice big profit for S&J. Obviously if someone were to come in with the promise of investment the amount needed would be significantly increased, but the initial figure is not as high as some might assume.

I'm not trying to be contentious here, but many people are saying Emi wanted to leave. I honestly cannot recall anything being quoted that this is the case. Perhaps someone can provide a link to where he says he wants to leave? The only thing I recall him saying towards the end of the season is that he loves it at Norwich and really wants us to get promotion, not get promoted then I'm off.
