  1. You do have a lovely turn of phrase, how many brain cells have you got? Can't you show a bit of respect?
  2. Doom mongering? I thought that was the whole point๐Ÿ˜€. Top of the league, unprecedented times with pandemic yet still people pick holes, makes me smile so let them keep it up.
  3. Anyone notice that Liverpool have lots of injuries? I think it is a mixture of too many games,, no preseason, bad luck. I can't believe ncfc are stupid enough to flog the players. Many managers are complaining that the various football authorities are not putting players welfare first........what a surprise!
  4. It might be worth considering we are in a lower division, hard to compare the championship to the premier league....apple and pears?
  5. Ha ha, the forum will be quiet tonight, not much to moan about ๐Ÿ˜€
  6. So you are one of the negative mugs on there? Be positive for once
  7. Wow, t of the league! Well done city. If you need bringing back down to earth read what the negative mugs on vital Norwich are typing, pathetic!
  8. Yet another example of many of our experts on here writing him off after his first two or three games! Class is permanent
  9. Agree with a couple of posters that Skipp had a quietly effective game which appears to be his role, keep possession, make the easy pass more often than not and shield the defence thereby allowing our flair players to hurt the opposition. He is young and far from perfect but imo he is doing the job he came here to do.
  10. Some idiot on the Vital forum reckoned Skipp was anonymous so he might get some flack, a really good team performance in my view.
  11. Who will be scapegoat after today's performance from EMI? Can't wait for the drivel ๐Ÿ˜€
  12. You only have to read this forum regularly to realise that many of the posters have no idea about football or deliberately post provocative stuff to wind the rest of us up. I read it every day and find it amazing and amusing for it's comedic value so please keep it up. Sadly I can't be bothered to post very often but let the comedy and ignorance continue. I wish I had the time to list the few decent, proper and educated posters but you probably know who you are.
  13. You couldn't make it up, made from rubbish and soon to be refilled with rubbish!
  14. Great news, I try and get to a few games a season although living 40 odd miles away with no public transport options. Their football has been great to watch, they get it down and play through the lines, worth a visit to support an ambitious club. Congratulation to Cleese, Culverhouse, his management team and the players. Hope they retain the nucleus of this years team, with Marriott and Jarvis signing on soon.
  15. No better example than him, another great example, I remember watching Martin Peters making his home debut for us, the idiot near me complained that he couldn't run when he chased an aimless punt up the pitch and was easily outpaced. No point in saying anything to people like that! He didn't need pace he had most other attributes.
  16. When playing football it is very rare that full pace over a long distance in a straight line is utilised or indeed measured. Almost always speed of thought, correct anticipation and good positioning reduces or negates the need so it is practically impossible to make a fair assessment of a players raw pace in a match situation.
  17. Yellow Belly is sounding more and more like the obnoxious idiot on Vital Norwich, best ignored, he talks absolute rubbish about a team he supposedly supports!
  18. If you are the same yellow belly who is full of spiteful comments on another city forum then I suggest you are best ignored!
  19. The problem is the people you refer to clearly know little about football, it makes for good light hearted entertainment when I have nothing better to do. On the other side of the coin it sadly makes responding almost pointless.
  20. Spot on mate, amazing how all the "idiots" never feature when we win, you would hope the board would be busier after a great victory. I suppose the problem is that many of the scapegoats (potential or otherwise) played well, e.g. Krul, Kenny and Todd no thecwind up merchants have nothing to moan about.
  21. It would not make the club a good plaice to be at! On a serious note I agree with you, we have gone down that route before and it doesn't work. The moaners need to get real and calm down, did they think it would be easy this season? Take a look at Vital Norwich Forum, some total idiots on there!
  22. Yes Mid Norfolk, as you say the Barca fans and media will rip into the team and rightly so, all I was pointing out that Liverpool were exceptional and being English, or a neutral, or just a football supporter you really ought to celebrate such an amazing spectacle rather than just state the negatives. Also Barca had chances during the game, the Liverpool keeper probably had more saves to make than the Barca keeper so ithey could easily have snatched the goal to win it.
