  1. Hanley was my MoM, today, and if you can , try and see (on Talk Norwich City - facebook) his reaction, to the Ipswich fans, after we had scored - priceless! Even better, that it was filmed by a Binner. Turn the volume up!
  2. I am in serious danger of relegation, so probably best to treat my selections with a pinch of salt! BUT, you never know........ I would like to go for Atletico Madrid to beat Atletico Bilbao I would also go for Nelson to score anytime, in a Norwich win I would also like a fiver, Nutty (will send today), on a 3-0 win (for us, of course). Really hope the pot expands greatly, this week.
  3. Who is the Ref for Sunday, btw? And if I were Danial Farke, I would be having a word in the ref''s shell like, to watch out for this potential rough house treatment of Madders. It works both ways, and well, in Rugby Union, with Coaches and Refs. Any good Ref worth their salt (how many of those exist, in the Championship?) will listen, and take note, but play it fairly, and equally as importantly, to the Laws, and consistently.
  4. A Norwich fan in the crowd, and England''s Chris Jordan wearing a watch, whilst batting. That is all.
  5. I HAVEN''T seen the incident yet, but why would Carson defuse it? What benefit would he get from doing that? If he felt Madders dived, then wouldn''t you expect him to come out with a "Cheats never prosper" type comment?
  6. Bromley to beat Maidstone for me, and in our game, both teams to score Good luck PuPs
  7. What a great idea, in memory of Michelle. I did have a smile, when I saw the line "If Norwich get promoted or Ipswich get relegated........."
  8. So many good ones already mentioned, but ONE of my faves was the 3-2 Boxing Day win at the Binners (1982) with Martin O''Neill''s last minute, outside of the boot, free kick winner - Cue PANDEMONIUM
  9. Plus, he only signed a new contract on FRIDAY!!
  10. Err, it was yourself that used words like ''absurd'' , and ''false sentiment'' Broady. Let''s just leave it, that No 9 put your case over, a bit more eloquently than you did,
  11. Broady. I get it that is what you are feeling, but put YOUR feelings aside and try and respect what Simon Thomas is trying to do here. His VERY young son, has had his World turned upside down, and has no comprehension, as to how to deal with this. All we are doing is showing the lad that love still exists, albeit fleetingly for him, today.
  12. I don''t quite know how a fiver, and a few more, would be more beneficial, or memorable, than a chant from thousands of people, when the lad must think he is practically on his own, but you obviously do Broady, and that is your choice. What will the money potentially do , to improve that lad''s life, pay a gas bill? In the future, when he talks about Norwich fans, he will always think fondly, of that moment. The money will mean far less, than you are giving it credence to, and will not stay in his memory. Somethings , money just can''t buy. You seem to be in a very small minority. That''s life, I suppose, or in this poor lad''s case, it isn''t.
  13. If you are at the game tomorrow Broady, you''ll be easy to spot. Like we said, each to their own.
  14. Broady. Do you take part in anything for Remembrance Day, for example?
