  1. We played ok against  Millwall, not great.I must say we have played some good stuff on occasions just not enough. Luck has been against us that's for sure.if we had some luck we would be in the top 4.They say it evens out ,no sign yet .With players coming back,1 or 2 loans in Jan ican see us in play offs then we do need a bit of luck.

  2. I thought having watched the match we were a bit lucky,Cardiff prob deserved a point Good news our luck is going in right direction at last. But having said that players and staff celebrated as if we had won the league. How far we have come when we scrape a win at Cardiff and are over the moon.Still it was a win .

  3. For the first time ever I'm not excited about watching this squad of players.w e have no stand out players to get you off your seat.Ireally hope that I I'm proved wrong and we gel quickly and play attacking football from the start .Having watched the some of the pre season games we look OK but nothing special. I think it's going to be a long season of a lot of effort from the players but only a mid table outcome at best.Maybe .

  4. As we have no money for transfers, the loan market is our best bet for bringing in players. It can be a good thing for both clubs. Frees also good and are straightforward to put into action. The squad as it stands will struggle to stay in the top half of the league so recruitment will be welcome in the coming weeks

Exactly - the beauty of a new season is that nothing can be predicted and no one knows what will happen - we will have as good a chance as anyone (look at Luton, Sunderland and Coventry) who all got into the play offs - Nottm Forest bought 23 players at the end of last season and only secured their next season in PL this weekend - enjoy life and enjoy the season come what

  6. Norwich will mostly stay the same for next season with perhaps a few frees coming in .we have no money for transfers unless we sell big time.We are not a spending club, rightly or wrongly.Who knows what will happen in the coming seasons ,top six can be achieved with average players playing as a unit.Otbc.

  7. Top to bottom, wage structure, investment in structurel redevelopment decreased exposure in national media, possible investment in long term projects. Above all a sense we are heading in a negative direction, with little to suggest otherwise.Unless of course........

  8. We now look like missing out on promotion which is disappointing. Finances in and around the club will suffer in the coming seasons ,impacting on our ability to bring in new players, coaching staff, ground improvements etc.we will have to cut wages to ALL staff. Really frustrating for everyone.

  9. Play offs still a possibility. Prem still a possibility. 100 m +still a possibility. Can we raise our game to win 3 or 4 games.who knows. The board has rolled the dice on playing safe in terms of player recruitment. They are so close to the gamble paying off.Hope so really do.

I'm not comfortable to think we have to go up for financial reasons. That is not what sport is about. If we stay down, be it for two or three seasons or more, we can develop the team and squad for however long we need to. Yes, we lose parachute payments along the way, but football should always be the main focus.

Money is important, but it isn't the be all and end all. Football is what matters and the pressure to get promoted should not be a financial one. Sport is what matters, not money.

I agree ,it should be but at this level it is not .We as a club have only six different ways  of income.almost all of the current premium teams have seven .Therefore it is vital we gain promotion.

Arguably that moment was a turning point that led to our relegation. I'm not saying we would definitely have stayed up had we won that game, but it was as real kick in the nuts and mentally we appeared to lose a lot of confidence after that game

Realms of fantasy springs to mind
