Wonder if this would work ? On items people are trying buy in bulk just increase the price of it if you have more than the allowed amount. For example : one pack of toilet rolls £5.99 two packs £ 50.99 . Two bread £ 1.00 each a third £10.00 and so on ....... I know it won't suit everyone but surely would stop bulk buying . And as for the supermarkets making large profits,the extra money should go to help fight this virus . Just a thought .
