  1. The Evening News wants to publish tributes to Olly - and we would like to contact his family.   If you can help with an address or phone number, or if you want to pay tribute, please contact Kate Scotter on 01603 772326. Thank you, Celia
  2. Norwich City fans who earlier this season were asked not to reclaim their relegation rebate on season tickets are again being urged to dig deep into their pockets to buy a section of the pitch and help cash-strapped Carrow Road bosses. Throughout the summer Norwich City have worked with Norwich-based company Stadium Squares and mapped out the Carrow Road pitch into over 9,000 square yards. Now Norwich City fans can stake a claim to their own square yard of the famous pitch, as seen on screen, from £25. For full story see tomorrow’s Evening News or log onto www.eveningnews24.co.uk What do you think? Email peter.walsh@archant.co.uk
  3. The 11.30pm train from Liverpool Street didn''t arrive in Norwich until 6.30 this morning - were you stuck on it? Email dan.grimmer@archant.co.uk. Thanks Celia
  4. This time on how to get fit with Craig Fleming - they say they have a long-term aim of working together in some venture in the city. http://new.edp24.co.uk/content/FitClub/default.aspx
  5. Has a small Norfolk-based charity touched your heart or made day-to-day life easier for you, your loved ones or your community? If so this is your chance to recognise that charity. Aviva and the Eastern Daily Press have joined forces to provide one charity with an exclusive opportunity to raise their profile and generate funds for their good work. Norwich sponsors Aviva have taken agreed to relinquish their branding on the first team’s shirts for one match - the Norwich City v Doncaster Rovers game at Carrow Road on October 25. Find out more on EDP24: http://new.edp24.co.uk/content/Competitions/2008/WinNCFC/default.aspx Thanks, Celia

To celebrate the Feel Great Britain Tour and allow you to feel great without having to leave the comfort of your own home, the EDP is giving one lucky reader the chance to win a Nintendo Wii Fit and Wii system to play it on. 8. I''m told there is a good report in the EDP tomorrow which you won''t want to miss. Celia
  9. Afternoon all - Match report building here... http://www.pinkun.com/content/ncfc/story.aspx?brand=PINKUNOnline&category=Norwich&tBrand=PinkUnOnline&tCategory=Norwich&itemid=NOED26%20Apr%202008%2015%3A03%3A52%3A093
  10. No Pete is in charge of you - anything to do with sport and the web, whether it''s Pinkun, EDP, Evening News or whatever. Vince, Tracey and I will be looking after news, features etc... and doing the techy bits which others can''t. Wiz - not sure - but I guess the messages will stop.
  11. We''re doing a bit of moving around - the web team of five will no longer exist. Pete is becoming the web expert on the sport team for the EDP and Evening News (and Pink) and will continue to keep an eye on you! Vince, Tracey and I are forming part of a new department which will still deal with the web, and Pat has sadly decided to take redundancy rather than take up the senior job he was offered. Thanks to all of you - I''m missing messages already! Celia
  12. Vince explained it to me on Friday but being of a certain age I forgot what he said. It''s something to do (oh bother the returns) with the copying and pasting ...
  13. Weird - other links seem to work quickly, but from home via my elastic band it seizes up. The table is created by javascript (I think?) but can''t see why that would be different from other pages. By the way - thanks for keeping us updated, Tim
  14. Never - I''ve posted elsewhere that you''ve given up a Saturday morning to help out ...
  15. Norwich goal! Norwich: Marshall, Otsemobor, Shackell, Pearce, Bertrand, Huckerby, Russell, Fotheringham, Pattison, Dublin, Cureton. Subs: Croft, Camara, Gibbs, Doherty, Evans. Burnley: Jensen, Alexander, Caldwell, Unsworth, Harley, Elliott, James O''Connor, Gudjonsson, McCann, Lafferty, Blake. Subs: Kiraly, Akinbiyi, Randall, Mahon, Cole. Referee: Russell Booth (Nottinghamshire)
  16. I don''t blame you at all - it''s rubbish at the moment... But someone is at least giving up his Saturday morning to try and fathom it out!
  17. Not a lot ... a developer is working on the servers from home now
  18. Many apologies (again) - I''ve just told IS about the probs, and had this message back: We know…. It is a shame. This is why the storage systems will be replaced by the vendor this morning with new equipment, and 4 additional webservers will be brought on-stream either later today or tomorrow.
  19. Advice from EDP sport is that ticket details aren''t available yet, but they reckon there will be no problem getting a ticket. Check on the Lowestoft Town site, and also on Pink Un local leagues section as our reporters will be chasing the FA tomorrow. Celia
  20. Many apologies - we''ve not been able to get into the sites since 5pm. I think there may still be some problems, but it''s fire-fighting at the moment, with developers being contacted at home and hauled in to help. Celia
