Hi all, This is Woosterโ€™s daughter. Iโ€™m not too sure if Iโ€™m posting this in the correct place but I know my Dad had some friends on here and I just wanted to let you all know of his sad passing on Sunday morning. It has been a shock to all of us as we hoped he would have many more years left. I just thought I should let you all know how much he enjoyed the forum and hearing from all of you. Heโ€™d always tell me of the fundraisers youโ€™d do together and the laughs he had with you all. I know heโ€™ll be celebrating Norwichโ€™s win up there. All the best to you all

This is such a shock and so very hard to take in. I'm really sorry for your loss you must all be devastated. Wooster one of our top PUPs and posted his pick as usual last Friday. He was romping the profitability league correctly predicting so many draws. Wooster's big heart shone through his posts on here and his communications with me. It's all so very sad. RIP Wooster ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’š

That is just another one of your lies. Just checking with Guido or the Mail is not ever going to reveal the truth.

So what denomination of banknote are you considering waving at me this time? When we eventually play each other again...

And as things stand at the moment we can add Jacob Sorensen to that list. Why Farke doesn't just sort it out and pick 22 players for every game I'll never know..........................

It's quite clear that the debt to Evans will be written off in full but not even a deluded American would pay ยฃ30m for a loss making business with no assets. I'm amazed someone will pay ยฃ17m. Please don't tell me that the stands/buildings at Portman Road are an asset. They are only of any use to a football team and if the football team stopped using the ground they would become a liability as someone would have to pay to remove them. And although there are 2 or 3 relatively talented youngsters, they are Championship players at best. It looks to me like Evans has got a good deal. He's got ยฃ17m for something that was costing him ยฃ5m a year. Although the accounts show a ยฃ100m debt, ยฃ25m of that was profit on buying the ยฃ32m debt from Aviva and another huge chunk was unpaid interest at a rate way above base. I find it rather amusing that a grubby ticket tout has lost quite a lot of money on an even grubbier football club. At least on this occasion it looks like local traders and St Johns Ambulance will get paid but if I was doing business with them in the future I'd be wanting money up front. The new lot have a distinct whiff about them

Looks the French are changing their advice regarding the use of AZ for older folk and will now approve it. We will have to see how much take up in France there now is. Hopefully Germany and a few others will follow.

Nice try but back in the real world the UK death total is appalling and a national disgrace, even you look at our count relative to size of population we are still one of the very worst performers in Europe (and the rest of the world). Some of the other big countries have also suffered badly - Spain, Italy and France obviously - but all have done better than us, and Germany have less than half the deaths relative to population size, Denmark less than a quarter and so on.. And if you think that population density is a significant factor then you need to take a look at the Netherlands - 70% more densely populated than the UK yet with a death rate per 1m people of well under half the UK's. 120k deaths in the UK most definitely was not to be expected, should never have happened and would never have happened if we'd had a remotely competent government which responded to the outset of the pandemic in a timely and effective manner - our Government unfortunately did neither and no amount of vaccinating is going to undo the many thousands of unnecessary deaths along with the huge economic damage that their indecisive, tardy and shambolic response inflicted on the country last year.

You would make a terrible CPS worker. You told us under EU rules that you were not allowed to do it on your own, then you put up evidence that you were lying ? Germany and Slovakia went on their own a couple of weeks ago, and Slovakia are catching us fast. Germany will soon have enough Pfizer in the Country to give all their citizens 2 doses, keep up. If you are going to tell porkies ( ie Britain couldnโ€™t go on their own ) it is a bit silly to then put up the evidence that they could.

I'd like to see Mumba in the squad if he is fit, staus unknown. Mumba will be our secret weapon to be thrown on late if needed to be the surprise package. Cannot see the benefit of having 3 DM's on the bench in place of some attacking prowess.

In a more crude form this might translate as we have lots of obese and immobile middle aged people. The older generation are susceptible almost by definition but our lifestyles in the next age groups have probably left us really exposed to this and more so than elsewhere. Perhaps we shouldn't mock Japanese factory workers doing their daily group exercises..

Don't you realise that this is the deal the government negotiated, the deal they wanted, the deal you voted for and the deal that passed through Parliament. Once the priority was taking back control of the UK's borders rather than free trade this is the inevitable outcome. The UK rejected the required steps to mitigate this problem, so the EU is applying the standard WTO/3rd country arrangements that the extreme Brexwits wanted. You won, you got what you voted for, now own it.

I just hope weโ€™re still in contention after the first 4 or 5 minutes, Duncs, if we can steady the ship and play with Norfolk burning heart and fire and soul I see no reason why we canโ€™t be in it right until the very end, and with some good fortune and the footballing gods on our side, finish the game with a very respectable, tight 6-1 loss.

Itโ€™s a real shame the same ๐Ÿ”” ends come on here trying to point score on here about deaths! Not unexpected by some of our posters standards. Covid is never a measure of how successful or unsuccessful Brexit is certainly as it has **** all to do with any response.

Right, let's have a good laugh at my expense here. "I think we'll start quite slowly". Well, if "start" means the first four games, yeah. I did think it would be longer! "I'd expect us to be competitive for the top 6 for most of the season. If we have a fair wind with injuries and the new lads bed in well then we could go straight back up, but I think a scrap for the play-offs is more realistic." - Well, we had a fair ton of injuries!! I suppose some of the new players did bed in very well. We'll come to that later. "If you were to push me for a prediction right now, I'd say we'd get to the play-offs but lose the semi, probably on penalties. There are a lot of potential talents to bed in as Farke's breaking up a fair proportion of the squad with Leitner and Trybull out, who were proven class at this level, Tettey and Vrancic are more likely to be squad players and were also proven class at this level." - F-u-ck me ragged. I really did write that. Might have screwed the pooch on that first bit. Vrancic is still a fairly important player at the moment, but the contract's up at the end of the season. Fair to say this paragraph is not my finest predo with the exception of the last bit when Rupp was easily one of our best before the hamstring injuries. In fact, let's call it what it is. It was f-u-c-king s-h-i-t. And if we stay where we are, I'll be delighted to be proven so wrong. ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„ "IMO a lot will depend on how the new defensive midfielders, especially Skipp and Sorensen settle, and I think we're all looking forward to seeing Placheta, Idah, and Martin in particular come on. A bit of good old-fashioned express train pace on the counter is something we could probably use to great effect, especially if we're defending a lead." Gotta say, I nailed it there re. Skipp. I don't think anyone expected Sorensen to have to settle down at left-back, but he was a very useful part of our early surge. First bit looks good. Second bit. Oh dear. They've all had injuries and none have really kicked on yet. Last bit was general philosophising so no punditry in there, really. Not my best predo ever, haha! Was about as effective as an Onel Hernandez header.

From what I have seen, most people want the club sold to a football mad, multi-billionaire, lifelong Norwich fan with a deep understanding of the game who is in it only to build the club up to be in the higher reaches of the game whilst also keeping away those pesky glory supporters and keeping the identity of a club beloved by a small city and its immediate area. As it is we are still waiting.

So suddenly he does not want to offend the fans of an ex Club ? He is such a bull sh1tter . He is ruling himself out of a job he was never going to be offered - not even Celtic want a failed Division 3 manager - sacked in 8th place . Suddenly he gives a damn about ex fans? But when ITFC were his only option he didnโ€™t give a toss about us Scumbert has chased the coin throughout his managerial career . The only successful measure of his time since worming himself out of Carrow Road is his bank balance. What an abject failure . Some sort of media job beckons - he is finished in football.

They're an excellent side with a really good setup. I don't think there's anything wrong with having a bit of admiration for the way they're set up. I'd much rather see them go up than the clown car that is Watford.
