Thanks Wazzy but no worries, one of us won and that is all that matters ๐Ÿ˜€

I stuck up for him longer than many, his first season on paper looks a success finishing 11th but I remember going to the wba game thinking if we lost we were down. Thankfully they were on the beach and we win 4-0 then beat Man City away. I finally gave up on him around Christmas v Fulham I think, but there was a woeful home game, arguably the worst game I have ever seen, (including the 7-1 v Colchester)

Wow. I don't know whether to consider myself smart or sad.

I understand they're saving up for another statue. Outside, the place is already like a museum. Perhaps they could hang a few paintings inside. That's what's important to them. They don't understand that football is about now. I treasure our history but that's for my memories. Match day is all about now. I'll be quite happy if we remain statueless forever.

Murphy looks a shadow of the player he was a couple of seasons back.

There is a good bit on their thread, where someone asks if we've ever known what it's like to lift a trophy. Which is funny as most of them wont of even been born when a they won stuff whereas at least we've been lifting the trophies we can reasonably compete for and have actually seen it๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคช๐Ÿบ

Putting aside rivalry, it is interesting that both East Anglian clubs are so high on that list, above some of the big or biggish clubs from the heartlands of the game, such as Sheffield Wednesday, Wolves, Birmingham City, Sunderland, West Brom and Forest. Not that one would dream of making a point about it, but for 46 per cent of those 50 years that have produced such a high position the owners of the club have been Smith and Jones.๐Ÿ˜

I come on this site to read about football but this is getting silly. You go around from thread to thread posting your fascist views. I am not a remaniac as you dub people who disagree with your extreme views but after three years of lies and counter lies can we not get back to football and you post on more relevant sites ๐Ÿคฎ

Agreed, im not caring much about rumoured interests right now, but the most important thing about any new signings, apart from how good they might be, is of course the attitude of the individual. No matter who they are, where they come from, what age they are, they have to fit into the DF / SW ethos, hard working, team player with no auto right to be in first eleven and above all respectful and honoured to be a Norwich City player, irrespective of what division we are playing in. No place for individualistic prima donnas at our club.

As the transfer window closes before the season starts there is little choice but to get it done early. Players from the Championship will cost huge, inflated fees. There is talk of ยฃ18m fees for Che Adams - that just isnโ€™t realistic for Norwich at the moment. It is also indicative of how much other Prem teams will want for their players. Most of the recruitment will be from Europe, with potentially one or two domestic loans and maybe players regarded as surplus from other Prem clubs.

I really think that the media should make more of an effort to highlight that he's manager of Derby. If you hadn't mentioned it then, I would never have known.
